  • I am interested in renting/leasing/buying a home in your community?
    We do not offer rentals, leases or sales. All of our units are privately owned. If you are interested in our community, please contact a realtor of your choosing.
  • Where can I get an estoppel request for Fore Ranch?
    To submit an estoppel request please go to www.CommunityDocsNow.com and fill the out the required information. Please note that you will need to submit a request for both your Master and Sub Association.
  • How do I reserve your clubhouse for an event?
    Clubhouse reservations are for residents only. If you are a resident, please log in to the Resident Portal to access the reservation form.
  • What are the Prairie Club hours?
    The Prairie Club is open from 9am-8pm, 7 days a week. We are closed for Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day.
  • I have a billing question about my HOA fees?
    For questions about billing or log in support, call 352-433-1656. To view and pay your bill online, go to www.LelandManagement.com.
  • Can I get a membership to your Clubhouse if I am not a resident?
    Unfortunately no. Only residents in good standing with the HOA are permitted access to the Clubhouse.
  • Where can I get a copy of the Association documents?
